John Arnold ski guiding

For off piste skiers John offers introductory days and for the more experienced skiers, days and weeks skiing the Monterosa Freeride area on the slopes high above Champoluc, Gressoney and Alagna. John, in conjunction with Ski 2, offers three Off Piste Skiing weeks during the 2019 season. All three are based from the 3* Hotel Castor in the centre of Champoluc village. Dates of these weeks are: 2 – 9 February, 16 – 23 March.

See details of these weeks here

For piste skiers John specialises in those who see skiing as a slightly frightening pursuit and recognise their mind goes in to over thinking mode, the emotions move towards fear and the body decides to do its own thing. As a life coach and mindfulness teacher, both of which he is qualified in, combined with his experience of learning in the mountain skiing environment, he has devised some powerful approaches to building confidence and enjoyment for skiers.

You can book John for days in Champoluc, ask our Resort Team for details when you arrive and see here for what John provides for Ski 2 guests:
